Hope everyone had a GREAT Thanksgiving day! We had a quiet day, with good food, basketball and naps!
The last day of the show was anti-climatic for me: I woke up sick! My daughter and granddaughters ran the booth while I spent the day sweltering in bed 🙁 My son-in-law and a good friend from church came down to help tear down and pack up. My family and friends are ROCKSTARS!
On Saturday my booth had a special visitor and I learned Santa can sew! He made his suit, all trimmed in white fur!! If Santa can do it . . . SEW can you! Watch this site for updates on the remodel and when classes might be starting.
Remember ~ there is still time to order that special gift or garment for the holidays . . . to wear or to give. Contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org or text 253-318-1414.
“As therefore ye received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk in him, rooted and builded up in him, and established in your faith, even as ye were taught, abounding in thanksgiving.” Colossians 2:6-7 ASV
Morning all. I just realized I have not updated my event schedule! Running late, as usual . . been SUPER busy getting ready for this weekend. YES, THIS WEEKEND!
Old2New Heirlooms will have a booth at the Festival of Crafts and Gifts on Friday (17th), Saturday (18th) and Sunday (19th). It will be at the Enumclaw Expo Center (ie: King County Fairgrounds). Hours are 10-6 on Fri/Sat and 10-4 on Sunday. Admission is $3, under 12 free. There will be vendors, food, live entertainment, holiday music, kids crafts, and lots fun for the whole family.
I will be demonstrating lace shaping, every hour. The Make-n-Take project is a cute snowman ornament ($3 supplies fee).
NOTE: Due to logistic issues, I will not be participating in the Pre-Black Friday Bazaar in Renton. As that will be on Saturday, you can visit both shows! he, he, he
