Happy February!

Finally - SUN for a day or two, at least! I am ready for warmer temps and sunny days. This is a busy month: Sew Expo, Valentine's Day, and Sewing.4.Others, not necessarily in that order!

The Sewing & Stitchery Expo is the event of the year for sewing enthusiasts and crafters alike; this year it is February 27th thru March 1st. I have attended every year for over 35 years!! It is the BEST time to buy that item you have been craving, sometimes it is even on show special 😉 I try to meet up with long-distance sewing friends each year. Susan from Canada and I try to have lunch together - if our schedules allow! Check it out.

Feburary Sewing.4.Others

For this months "Sewing4Others" session, I would like to focus on purses for "sewpowerful", one of the charities partnering with Sew Expo this year. I have downloaded the patterns and will donate the fabric, if you don't have any available. I will then take them to Sew Expo. Join me this Thursday evening (5-8 pm) for fun, food, and creativity!
